Robin received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Fredonia and Masters in Business Administration from Gannon University. Robin has been a licensed agent since 2008 and owner since 2016. She is licensed in personal and commercial lines of insurance in New York and Pennsylvania. She currently serves on the Chautauqua Patrons Insurance Company Agents Advisory Board.

After attending Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, Kayley returned to the area.  She has been with the agency since 2016 and licensed since 2019.  Kayley is licensed to write personal and commercial lines of insurance in New York.
